France Healthcare Compliance Consultant

Dear ETHICS members and enthusiasts,

This is a part time consultant role (2/3 days per week) for a fast-growing healthcare law firm. Clients include global specialty pharmaceutical companies expanding in Europe including France.

Responsibilities

The candidate will advise on legal and compliance healthcare issues raised by our clients in France and draft template contracts, policies and SOPs and other relevant assignments.

The role will also deal with strategic projects for our client (transformation of EU or global compliance systems), audit of current systems and policies).

Qualifications

3 to 5 years experience in healthcare compliance in Europe including at least 1 year practicing in France. Good knowledge of Leem, EFPIA codes and French healthcare legislation including wrt promotional activities and Anti Gift law.

Experience in other EU countries a plus, as is knowledge of GDPR.

Excellent English written and oral skills, very good French required.
